The Boston Restaurant Group, Inc. is a commercial real estate firm that specializes in selling restaurants, leasing restaurant space and restaurant appraisals. The company was founded in 1990 by Charles M. Perkins, FCBI, a former regional manager with Friendly Ice Cream Corporation and a multi-unit franchise owner with Dunkin Donuts. Mr. Perkins is a frequent speaker on subjects relating to Restaurant Valuations and Restaurant Trends.
SELLING RESTAURANTS
Specializing in the sale of restaurants. All listings are professionally marketed, with every effort being made to pre-qualify buyers in terms of both their financial strength and operational capability. Showings are scheduled discreetly to maintain the confidentiality of the sale.
LEASING RESTAURANTS
Specializing in representing landlords, property owners and developers in the selection and screening of restaurant tenants. We have established relationships with most independent operators and regional and national chains operating inEastern Massachusetts.
APPRAISING RESTAURANTS
Valuations are based upon actual transaction data of recent restaurant sales. The valuation will provide you with information as to the most probable price for which the restaurant could be sold on the open market.
CONSULTING
We are qualified as expert witnesses and frequently consult with owners and their financial team as to how to implement an effective and profitable exit strategy.
